Government Loans to start a Private City

Interested in building a player city? You can apply for a loan to region one right now! Loans may only be available for a limited time only. You will be expected to make regular payments back to the Government starting at $1k per month initially and once your city is up and running with more than 50% of plots bought, this will increase to $5k per month until paid off.

04/12/2020 - Player no longer wishes to use loan for Medburg City and is using land for other purposes. Loan withdrawn and city region removed.
